We are a family-owned small business, and we have been part of the Arvada and Wheat Ridge communities for 35 years. We believe in giving back through regular employee volunteer days and donations to local charitable organizations.
We are proud to be able to make a difference, whether that means collecting badly needed items for veterans' shelters, bagging food for DPS students in need, or sponsoring events in our community. We are always glad to help others. Check out our awesome partners and support their worthy causes!
GIA supports a number of different organizations and events, but one nonprofit near and dear to everyone's heart is Food For Thought Denver -- an organization that provides weekend meals for thousands of students at Title 1 schools in the Denver metro area. We regularly fundraise and volunteer for FFT, and we even host FFT's founder on our local radio show. When we learned about Safeco's Make More Happen award, a $10,000 grant an agency applies for on behalf of a nonprofit, we knew we had to apply. In July 2020 we won!
